As you may know, Chateau Ste. Michelle is embarking on exciting enhancements to our historic 118-acre property in Woodinville. 

While still in the early stages, this process will ensure Chateau Ste. Michelle will be part of the Woodinville community for decades to come and help us make better use of our expansive grounds – with our iconic Chateau at the heart of it. 

The multi-year planning process underway reflects a commitment to evolving our grounds as a modern, vibrant, multi-faceted winery destination, making it an even better experience for more people to enjoy throughout the year. 

Our plans will be mapped out under our property’s existing 45-foot zoning and could include modern tasting room renovations, a hotel, new restaurants and retail, improvements to the concert venue, expanded parking, and new low-scale housing along the outskirts of the property. 

Our beloved Chateau, along with all other historic buildings, will remain – forever a reminder of our storied history in the Woodinville community for almost five decades.
